From furthering the educational opportunities for students to improving the quality of life for people facing challenges in our community, we’re focused on empowering people to be the change they want to see in their community.”

Whilst we cannot solve all the problems alone, we can be the spark igniting positive change.  We’ve been doing this for 25 years and we look forward to working in partnership with broad spectrum of organisations benefiting from the Fund and seeing the impact in our community in the coming months and years.”

LEDP has worked in partnership with dozens of community groups and non-for-profits since its formation in 1999, supporting thousands of children and adults fulfil their potential.  As part of its 25th anniversary, LEDP has formalised the structure of its Impact Fund to improve access for more organisations who desperately need support across Limerick.

We have a long-established relationship with LEDP, who understand the needs of the community and the impact their support provides is immeasurable.”

Alison Curtin, Project Leader, Bedford Row Family Project, said, “We are currently supporting women serving prison sentences and post release, and have designed a prison specific parenting program called ‘Reconnecting through play’.
